Starting Over. Again!

Friday, November 08, 2013

So I'm starting over again, but I'm OK with it. This time is different from the last time, which was different from the last time. I still feel like it's progress if I try and fail than if I just stop trying.

This time, I'm not going to "diet". Although I've always felt that being on a specific plan was helpful for me, it never really gets to where I need it to be. So instead I'm focusing on Clean Eating. Yes, it's a fad. Yes, it makes sense. No, I don't need to be a bandwagoner. Yes, I'm going on the bandwagon. No judgies emoticon

So I've been doing this plan since Monday. It's now Friday and I'm down 2.4 lbs. I've cheated quite a bit (leftover Halloween candy will be the end of me!) But I'm still happy about this achievement! At this rate, I'm hoping to suck down 10 lbs by Thanksgiving. My MIL is cooking Thanksgiving, so I don't think that I'm going to really indulge as I normally do when we do Thanksgiving at my parents.

Again, wish me luck and/or keep me in your prayers!

Go for it. The only alternative to starting over is quitting. Actually maybenot call it starting over just hanging in there and regrouping.(see my blog)
