Back to basics or is it just a routine change?

Maybe that's what I need to do. Forget trying to make classes and never making time at the right time to go and just go back to basics. Change up my routine totally since I'm not sticking to the one I have right now. Might as well do something else. I want to get back to my old fashioned plan of a 30 minute pumping cardio workout followed by a weight training session. Upper body with core, and lower body with core, I have great workouts already haven't done them in ages. They have a ton of new gear in that room too. I do want to keep making it to Yoga classes to get better at it and retain all of my flexibility on purpose, oh and improve it too obviously. I honestly think I'll get better results and do it more if I go back to my treadmill and weights sessions. I have to mix it up again.
