I am very happy with the 1st half of BLC 23 so my goals are not going to change much.
S-specific. I want to still reach my goal of 12 lbs. by the end of the challenge
M-measureable. 12 lbs. I am a little more than 1/2 way there.
A-attainable. Not just the weight loss I hope to be off cholesterol meds at appt. in Jan.
R-relevant. I want to feel more healthy and be strong so I am focusing on extra ST for now.
T-time bound. The challenge is up in Dec. so I am focusing on these goals until then, and then I will see what else needs to be worked on.
"New" for BLC 23 part 2
I want to prepare at least 1 new recipe/ week, and try 1 new type of exercise/ week. I am relying on many of the same old same old and I want to shake things up.
Lets get this Tigers!!!
