Well I fell a few days behind in tracking. Two and a half to be precise. I also went over every day that I did track. I exercised once. Not a great week. But, when I faced the scale this morning it wasn't so bad. I didn't lose much- just an ounce- but still its headway. I have my notebook out right now, ready to track my yogurt, granola, and coffee. I'm planning on having soup for lunch- either chicken, lentil, or tomato I'm not sure. I'm not at all sure what is for dinner- never usually am on Fridays- but I suppose that I can have a bowl of soup before we leave the house so that I'm not as hungry. This week my goals are to track every day- even if I go over, only go over 2 days and only go over by 300 calories (I figure if I plan to go over than I can't beat myself up when I do), and to exercise 3 times (excluding dance). At some point I am going to start succeeding...I know it!
