So yesterday went well. The ww points seem to equate to the bottom end of the calorie range that spark has allocated me.
Iíve set up streaks for a daily walk. I worked out that if I do a 15 minute walk each weekday I should have earnt a lovely 250 November fitness minutes trophy for my spark page. If I do 30 minutes each weekday I can get one for 500 minutes.
Iíve also set up a streak for drinking 6 cups of water. Iím surprised Iím finding that so easy. Normally I fail completely at the water thing. I am finding the last 2 cups a struggle though, so decided to streak the 6 cups and enjoy my cup of tea after dinner and a milky coffee later in the evening. Enjoying these last 2 drinks of the day satisfies me and is an adequate substitute for evening eating.
Oh and actually I drink my water in pints, half hour before breakfast, lunch and tea. Its easy that way. Itís an easy routine to remember and itís all over and done with in one go. But Iíve translated it into cups as thatís what most people here seem to use.
What else? Last night I started looking at gym memberships on the computerÖ.. shock, horror! In the end I decided a sensible approach for me would be to set small goals. So my first is to go into the gym next week and pick up a timetable for the classes. I also need to buy some clothes and ask if I can use black soled trainers Ė if not Iíll need new trainers too. Then I shall start trying out their classes one at a time. (Not into weights etc) (And classes are good cos once youíre in it you canít slack off till itís over!)
Iíve chosen a gym where I know the trainers are good Ė like they make sure you are doing the exercises properly (donít like the thought of spending all that time, money and effort on just expending energy when I could be toning my body properly) and you donít have to be a member there to join the classes. Although it would be cheaper if I joined (if I did several classes a week) but Iím not at that stage yet!

Being able to wear pretty much whatever clothes I want to. Lots of variety in styles, colours and patterns.
Being able to do more varied exercise. Perhaps a different type every day even?!
I want to live life and enjoy it!
