Turning things around,,, goals

If you read yesterdays blog,, it's kinda a "downer" for sure. So last night,,, I thought and thought about diff ones responses,, YES I AM RESPONSIBLE for what I EAT. I've ever said otherwise. Some do not realize how far I've come,, and I didn't mention it yest. I used to eat ONLY Pizza, high cals sandwiches,, and drink 6 to 8 cans of Pepsi a day,, and about 1/2 box of twinkies a day. So though I AM still weak on freggies,,,, I AM trying. To do a "salad" now is really strange to me,,,, and yet 2day I had 2 of them. I guess from my tracker,, that even a GOOD Lettuce,,, for I WILL NOT eat "ice burg" even the name says it,,,, but I WILL eat lettuce with the darker leaves,, or purple ones,,, which is what I had today,, purple and green butter leaf. The purple tastes strange, but I am looking forward to salads,,, so there IS HOPE on this. I DO NOT like much,, so to suggest I add this or that,,, will happen "IN TIME" so I DO appreciate those suggestions,,,, for as I lose, I tend on IMPROVING my eating habits more and more. Its the ONLY WAY this will work.

I am in the process now of making a NEW Collage,,, if you've not read "THE SPARK" or worked on the goals at the start of ur pages,, (If it's on the new one?????) it's something that was suggested (not sure about now? Under goals) and I NEED to do this. I thought and thought last night "OK, so you prob will never really walk,,, does that mean to THROW THIS ALL AWAY and than NOT KEEP TRYING"? And my answer was a RESOUNDING "NO" !!! I WILL NOT NOT NOT throw this away !!! I AM WORTH IT !!

So I started on that,,, and I LOVE the way it's starting to shape up. I need now to find pics,,,, I've found some words, I REALLY Like A LOT and it'll help me on the way to finding myself GOING FORWARD.

On a NSV,,, last night I took good LOOK at my body,, and am finding now,, due to all of the weight lifting I am doing,, though it's light,,,,, IS HELPING !!!! My "Bat ARms" ARE FINALLY getting SMALLER !!! I take A LOT OF PRIDE in this.

SO yes,,, I AM Doing better over all.

    I'm so glad you are doing better today. The collage sounds wonderful. I have done one, it was fun, I hung it on the wall by my treadmill and look at it often. I have also taken to making 5x7 posters that have a saying I like with a picture I like, some of me, some of my cat or someone/thing else that inspires me. Some of those pictures may just be a soccer ball, something simple with a saying that I love. It's all about what works for you, what helps you. You'll get the eating thing down. Eventually you do find that you eat more of what you have been eating, if it is good choices then that is what you will go for, if not, well then not. I do have to say, I am a PEPSIHOLIC-recovering-I know how hard it is to quit drinking it and it is such a great thing that you have accomplished that. People who didn't drink very much soda just don't understand. Keep up the good work-you are doing great!!
