New Habit

I seem to be developing a habit of taking a 3 - 4 hr nap every day when I get home from work.
I hope this is a temporary response to the current situation.

    Could it be a combo of the DST change and the pain causing you to use so much more adrenaline you are experiencing Patricia? You only have five more days and you will feel so much better. HE will be laying HIS hands on you in that O.R. and your bionic leg will be like new!! I am so excited for you dear.

    I HAVE A BIZARRE SLEEPING PATTERN TOO. TRY TO LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. THIS MAY BE TEMPORARY DUE TO THE TIME CHANGE AND CLIMATE CHANGE AT THE SAME TIME. IF NOT AND IT IS EFFECTING YOUR WORK AND FAMILY LIFE, TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT IT. COULD WORK BE STRESSING YOU?

  that is a very long nap. I suppose if it doesn't interfere with your normal day that is good. Probably what your body needs.

    Most likely temporary! I seem to be taking somewhat shorter naps nowadays, so I am figuring my body is feeling healthier and more at peace.
