Ugh. It's late and I'm tired. Been working on Girl Scout things this evening...submitting orders for our fall products sale.

I was all set to run this morning, it was forecast to be in the 50s and I was looking forward to a nice, sunrise run. Then my alarm went off and I discovered it was pouring. Like in buckets. Now, I have no problem running in rain, or snow...but cold rain when I have to work all day, that's a no go. So, I took it easy today, did a couple boot camp videos and called it a rest day. I'll actually end up missing a run day this week because I plan to do semi-long runs both Saturday and Sunday, so I don't want to run tomorrow too.

Also disappointed that I really haven't been drinking as much water as I should. I notice a huge difference and I'm feeling the effects. Time to get on the ball with that daily goal!

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-30 minutes kick boxing and boot camp video
-eat consciously and track
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10
