Skipped blogging yesterday as I had a test to take and just didn't have time; I've been struggling with a cold and need to be getting to bed at a reasonable time to hopefully fight it off (it is getting better, but dang is it taking forever!)
I went to the library book sale yesterday, too, and scored 7 Jillian Michaels workout DVDs for $1 each! YAHOO! I am going to start working out with some of those soon as part of my workout rotation. I am working on getting back into T25 modified though, as the regular version is very high impact and I am still being sensitive with my knees. Though I am a week of pain free ! Yahoo !
I have stuck to my meal plans for yesterday and today. I have decided that unless I plan out a specific item for an out-to-dinner meal, I will be eating salads for most dinners out. Some days I plan for a big breakfast out and essentially not much else food wise rest of the day and that's OK ... the good thing I mentioned about Shakeology is that it is really eliminating cravings, so I'm no longer craving chinese food or pizza or burgers, etc. etc. Now, when Chris and I go out to eat, it is based on we just want to or it was our planned meal out, etc....it's not based on cravings as it has been in the past. This will then make eating salads a bit easier I'm guessing since I won't be craving that burger or chicken wrap, etc. Obviously there is room for exceptions, but exceptions are rare ... just as treats should be!
Pop in either a JM DVD or T25 at 6am for 25-40mins (depending on what I pop in)
Yogurt and granola lunch
Chicken tacos dinner
Gym time: 25mins on bike followed by arm and core ST exercises
