I noticed more and more treats creeping back into my diet. Not the way I wanna go. So I am going back to the guidelines set in the 21 day challenge. My smoothies at night were doing a great job satisfying my sweet tooth, but I did notice that I am eating more "treats" than drinking smoothies. So...it's time to do what I know works for me:)
I printed off a November calendar with 3-4 goals/day. I check off each goal I meet at the end of the day and get a sticker each day that I accomplish all goals:) At the end hopefully I will have all 21 stickers and will indulge in some nonfood reward. I recall the last time I did this challenge I craved sweets so badly at the end, so I am going to be mindful of that. I am going to try eating more protein with my meals and see if that helps:) I know life is too short, but I also know that I am working way too hard to blow away my progress:)

Perhaps I will try checking in each day or every other day to help with accountability. After school is when I have been enjoying my treats now, which is pretty typical. Time to break the habit though. Changing behaviors take time and at least I know what I need to do to reach my goal:)

SWEAT: hella crazy! There are active rests now, so no time to truly rest between exercises. Even more reason to "clean up" my diet. Bonus rounds of 2 minutes of burpees with a 40lb sandbell.
WAAY too much sugar though today...which is why I am heading in for another 21 day challenge:)
1943.10 miles for the year! 2000 is so close!
Stepper tomorrow, abs, deadlifts and overhead presses, plus all the SWEAT madness:)
