Stepping it up day 10

It's been a bit since I really had anything to share. Been trying very hard to keep up the good work. I lost another 2/3 pounds scale wouldn't pick a number LOL, I have been sticking to eating as closely to my calories range as possible, the rain has kept me inside with a nasty cold but I'm doing my AB-SO-TIGHTLY routine and I can feel it before and after even if it's just a few I do a day.
