Apology

Thursday, November 07, 2013

I need to apologize to my teams for not posting as much this week. I expected my youngest daughter to come to town and she surprised me by bringing her sister. It's always a whirlwind of activities when they are here. When we went to have lunch with my Mom, we found that both her hands were severely infected. We took her to the doctor who promptly told us to take her to the hospital. That was totally unexpected and definitely made us shift gears. She's back home now, but both hands are bandaged, so she's in need of help to do things. I can honestly say that my life is never boring. I am expecting that things will be TOO quiet on Sunday as my girls leave Saturday. I'd say that things would get back to normal, but my normal lately has been anything but!

I know how you feel about your teams and not being there for them so much, for different reasons. I am sorry about your mom since I know a lot of your time goes into making sure she is comfortable and okay. I hope her hands will heal fast for her sake and yours too. God bless you both. emoticon

I'm glad you made time to go see you Mom, otherwise her hands may not have received the care they needed as quickly. You seem like a really great family, and should be proud that you take such good care of each other!
