Hello Everyone! We are finally back in the states from Australia. We had a nice time but we are thankful to be back in our own country once again. Right now we are working towards getting our bodies back into our time zone and into healthy eating.
The first two days back, we took a casual approach to our evenings- refraining from hard exercise. Yesterday I did a casual 2 mile run and 1.5 mile walk with the furry baby - it was hard but my body was rejoicing. Food is also getting back to fresh vegetables and fruit - which we couldn't be happier after eating so poorly in Australia. It was funny since we searched out a salad cafe once we touched ground in America and devoured it. Also, there's nothing like ones' own kitchen.
So now is the hard work of getting those pesky extra pounds off so I can run more free on the road in the winter months. :) Let's go!
