My Pawse this week will be short and sweet....I'm celebrating a loss of 1.1 lbs this week
that's better then a gain....I'm having a rough few days so I need to readjust my thinking and move positively forward...I'm thinking that this may have a lot to do with loosing weight although it didn't help that I had a fantastic two day birthday party...
My goals for the week are to refocus on mind body and spirit....
My goals for exercise are as follows 5 days in the gym
My goals for mind & spirit is to meditate and pray and not allow myself to get so overwhelmed by the simple things in life...Let go Let GOD
I plan to continue to get my protein and freggies in along with my water and continue with my weekly challenges...My knee is much better then last week so exercising should also increase this week...I started swinging kettlebells and boy I don't like it because my arms are just plain sore but I find it's going to be good for me in the end....
I've been taking nutrition classes the last four weeks and have found them very helpful...so I'm going to start implementing what I've learned
So I was off by 1 lb this week and my goal next week is to lose 2.1 lbs
