Eating more slowly is probably something the vast majority of us could REALLY benefit from, whether trying to lose or not!! Good for you that you are still staying with it. As I stay on SP, I sadly watch so many give up (some of them over and over again). Having little ones and trying to eat well (like at Halloween - LOL - that's such a funny time) is a real accomplishment. 1400 days ago
