Honestly, I haven't been doing very well with keeping up with my fitness and healthy eating habits and drinking enough water since Saturday November 2nd. I allow stress and other things bother me to the point I'm back to old habits like eating emotionally. That's how I put that weight on from eating irrationally with my mood swings. When will I ever learn from the past to not go down that same route as before. I start out doing so well, then fall back, get back up, to fall back again. Up and down and Up and down I go. I got to find a way to stick to my program and goals consistently. I'm a big time procrastinator and I get lazy in my thoughts to do the right things for overall wellness. I finished a bowl of vanilla ice cream with chocolate swirl. And those Halloween mini chocolate bars...
OMG! I hate them! They keep jumping into my mouth!! GAH! I'm a SWEET TOOTH addict!
