Finally I was able to sleep better last night...only about 2 coughing spells the whole night. I woke before 5 though, so drove to Wal-Mart and got my walk in early, came home and when DH woke up, I did my stationary bike. I have an exercise ball that I hope to become familiar with very soon. I have been doing mostly cardio, but now I need to do more strength training. I am hoping my ex military daughter can show me proper form so I don't injure this old body. I know videos are out there, but sometimes I need someone beside me to push. (gently.)
Each day that the cold gets better, the steps increase, so it is all good for now.
