Yes! I managed to do 35 minutes of bike and 20 of core work and 15 or so of stretching. I did about an hour at the gym. It felt great. But, I don't want to go all crazy. I'm going back slowly three times a week. However, I have been walking more throughout my day and purposefully going places by foot. I do need to go to PT because my ankle's mobility is sh*t. I know it will get there.
Anyway, it's back on! Oh, and want to hear the awesomest thing? I found a long-sleeved red shirt I bought this summer for winter with the tags still on it. Woo hoo! I wore it yesterday, and I looked really good in it. It's like I went shopping. Ha ha ha.
