Well I did 10 minutes on the treadmill
then I move to the elliptical
for 10 minutes and well finished it out with 20 minutes on the bike
. I then came upstairs and did my stretches and worked my hamstrings and core with my foam roller. I have been using it to stretch out my IT muscle as it is a persistent issue for me. I am hoping that strengthening my lower back will allow this IT issue to disappear in some time.
I have got most of my water in today. I need more since my workout I feel parched and well I sweated a lot my shirt was soaked and so was my headband.
I have done very well eating fruits and veggies today. I plan to round it out with a nice stir fry for supper.
My legs are tired at the moment and feel like dead weights right now.
