Week Five Wrap Up

Well, this week was less than impressive. I tweaked my back last week and decided a few days ago that mild exercise wasn't helping it get better so I needed to take some time completely off. It is feeling a bit better now, with just the occasional slight pain/ache so I'll be back at it soon, I hope. I lost, but only 0.2 pounds. At least it wasn't a gain. Here are the stats for the week:

Original Goals
Calorie range: 1200-1550
8 cups of water/day
20 minutes of exercise/day

Water: 8
Exercise: 20 mins hula hooping (158 calories burned)

Thursday, 10/31
Calories: 1855
Water: 8
Exercise: 45 mins yoga (157 calories burned)

Friday, 11/1
Calories: 1593
Water: 9
Exercise: 20 mins hula hooping (158 calories burned)

Here are the goals I've set for myself for the coming week:

Calories: 1200-1550
Water: 8 cups per day, minimum
Exercise: work up to 30 minutes per day once my back is at 100%
Sleep: shoot for 8 hours per night

    SO VERY DELIGHTED ur back is getting much better !! Mine never did,,, so U are VERY Fortunate !! YEAH !!

    Will look forward to ur being back w/us on the exercise, but ONLY WHEN UR ABLE to be HEALTHLY SO !!! :) Do NOT need ya to injure it for the "Sake of points" and in turn,,,do such damage,,,, ur stuck with that for life !! UGHErS !AA! Believe me, this is NOT fun !! I had fractured mine as a teen,,, and than though it hurt a little bit,,,, I did OK,, was working full time,, doing a vol position for 90 hrs a month,,, and than KA BOOM !!! 18 wheeler hit us, 3 times,, we hit the guardrail 2 times,,,,and now my back is a GONER !!! So I just always try to look for the positives in life,,,it could of been MUCH worse,,, could of died. Instead I have been able to watch my GKids grow up ! WOOHOOOO ! AND THE FUN WE ALL HAD !!!! I am grateful for this.
