Task #1 Week 2: It was my goal to be abstinent from sugar at the very least during the weekdays this week, but there really is sugar hiding everywhere isn't there? I just finished an Asian Potstickers Lean Cuisine that lists 9g of sugar - the sauce was definitely sweet.
Is 9g a lot for one meal?
I need to educate myself more on this point I think.
Task #3 Week 2: I'm feeling a bit less grounded today in my conviction to avoid sugar...there have been days in the past 2 weeks where I haven't really had to think about it or exert a tremendous amount of will to avoid sugar, but this is going to be a challenging day it seems...one hour at a time I suppose...
