Hello middle of the week, if you could just skip to the end, that would be awesome!

I've been trying to do a little for my gal's night each day. Monday i made 2 deserts, last night i made "toasted chickpeas" - not sure they are good enough to serve... And prepped for dinner today (enchilada turkey soup - sooooo love this thing) - 3/4 to 1.5 pounds of turkey browned, and 5 cans of stuff (beans, corn, enchilada sauce, beef broth etc) and you are good to go! Freezes awesome, makes a ton! I bring it with me on the plane for lunch at the client site for the week! (yup - i'm that gal as security!)

I'll make the soup (firey tofu curry soup) tonight, and re-heat in the crock pot on friday, and tomorrow i'll make the crab dip and then friday i just need to make the spaghetti squash and spinach fritters tomorrow! I also am making a hummus and red bean dip which i'll make tonight or thurs, i like them better after they sit for a smidge. I'm sure i'll find something else to whip up - it's what i do!

Water: done and done - 2 full 30 oz bottles of water and a bunch of tea

Track food: finished up this morning! And it was cause i was bad, ate out of the pan as i cleaned up the kitchen... luckily it was relatively good stuff - spicy coconut shrimp and quinoa cakes so it all worked out!

Stay in range: check!

Heart rate: i cranked it this morning! My elliptical has a "sprint 8: thing, 1 min 30 sec recovery with 30 sec sprints. I did it regular once, in reverse the second time - did the sprints during the min thirty sections, and then did a quad session. Check on that front!

Me time: i'm hoping for TKB tonight since i missed it monday, and hubby has a HH so hopefully he gives me a bit more of me time after the gym!

Extra exercise: TKB is the planets align!
I didn't get any yesterday, but i did putter around the house dusting and cleaning for the gal's on friday!

Goals for the week:
Stay on track and end the week with a loss!
Get in my water! Find a way to get more steps now that the cold weather has descended on Denver!
