Question 1. Have you set a new short- or medium-term goal or challenge recently? Do you have a goal or challenge that you have been working on for a while? What is it? What do you hope to gain from it?
Yes I set short, medium and long-term goals recently.
Short term, to lose at least 1 pound every week
Medium term, to reach goal weight of 153 pounds
Long term, to regularly participate in a variety of sports/exercise that I enjoy
and wear clothes that make me feel good
I think the short term goal is realistic and do-able, and will help me achieve my medium term goal, which will help me achieve my long-term goal
