My efforts to try to lose steadily like I was last year is finally paying off. I am more determined to lose my goal amount by December 10th, 5 weeks and not have to pay for Weight Watchers.
On a lighter note, the magaznes and such is packed already with tips and ideas to make the holidays less fattening, that's a bad word, I know but that's what they are doing. I have noticed though, in the last few years, they are actually making the recipes more healthy. I think now it's a matter of really going overboard and consuming lots more than you are able to work off. The length of the holiday season also has a bearing on your weight. It last about 3 months now, 4 if you include the MLK holdiay in January. Some people do. Its a matter of being aware of all this that will help keep you on track and not gain an excessive amount of weight during this, our (supposed to be) joyful time of year. Have a good day.
