In looking to supplement my running and other cardio, I found these two videos: Cathe Stretch Max and 10 Minute Solutions. I think both are series:
Did the 10 Minute Solution Fitness Ball Workout last week and it was great. It has 5 segments, including lower body, upper body, abs, total body fat burner and ultra stretch. I've done them all except the total body segment. Working on the fitness ball adds a little bit of oomph, lol. The key is actually staying *on* the ball.
The Cathe Stretch Max has 3 segments of 20 minute each, including stability ball, bands and no-equipment. I really like the ball and no-equipment segments, they make me that nice kind of sore, like I've actually used many different muscles. Have not done the third segment simply because I don't have any resistance bands.
I would recommend both if you're looking for a low impact workout that also tones.
