Weight is back up to 242.7. It's water. I can feel it in my hands. Dinner last night was chain pizza and I ate too much. Compounded with extra carbs during the day and another 3lbs of water weight. So far 6lbs is my swing. I hope that at least a few of them are gone by Saturday's weighin.

Goals for today:

    At least you know the water weight won't last. It's frustrating, though. You are setting your daily goals and I know you can get through the end of the year with a loss if you stick to your plan! Stay strong!

    I am so glad you recognize the water weight from eating out. We use so little salt at home that when I eat away from home the first thing I notice is an insatiable thirst...Guess where that water goes! But it doesn't stay once it has been flushed out of the system. Hope you enjoyed the pizza.
