Did 2.5 miles on the treadmill, then jumped off and did the first day of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred last night. I'm definitely feeling it today, but it feels great.
The only time I have to work out right now is if I can get my daughter down at 8p and nurse my son to sleep shortly after, I can get back up and go exercise. Often times I find myself choosing sleep over exercise, but I feel so much better when I'm working out consistantly. I need to keep up with this! I'd love to actually finish the JM program!
I'm doing this.
