I thought I could do this "thing" on my own. I had decided to stop eating processed foods. I read a lot of bloggers, listened to pod casts. Also learned that my body was suffering. I have hypertension, no gall bladder, hypothyroid, over weight, and insomnia. No wonder I was never feeling like I should, even though I was eating healthy grains. Turns out that I have a gluten intolerance. I don't get sick, my joints KILL ME! And the bad part about all this, is that last month I cheated, every day.. . I am suffering for it greatly! I am back on track, the pain is subsiding. This is a lesson well learned!
