I thought I could do this "thing" on my own. I had decided to stop eating processed foods. I read a lot of bloggers, listened to pod casts. Also learned that my body was suffering. I have hypertension, no gall bladder, hypothyroid, over weight, and insomnia. No wonder I was never feeling like I should, even though I was eating healthy grains. Turns out that I have a gluten intolerance. I don't get sick, my joints KILL ME! And the bad part about all this, is that last month I cheated, every day.. . I am suffering for it greatly! I am back on track, the pain is subsiding. This is a lesson well learned!

I am somewhat intolerant too so know how it affects our joints! Glad you are back doing things in a healthy way.

I can feel your pain as I have Celiac Disease and not able to eat gluten at all. I have found that it is not worth it to have it in any form. I did read today that they may come out in the future with a pill for those who are gluten intolerant. Can wait to see how that will work.
Just remember to take one day at a time and make the best decisions that you can for you. YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
Blessings and hugs,
