Enthusiasm! Now this I've got! I am enthusiastic about so many things in my life!
I love life! I look at most things through a child's eyes.
Some may call me silly, but I would not change it for anything.
I can get my babble going and go on and on, big eyed and grinning, getting excited about the smallest thing.
Yes, people get a good chuckle on occasion and some just think I am weird, with my zest for life, but I encourage you to try it!
I am enthusiastic about movement, silly workouts, walking in nature, and yes, food.
Enthusiastic about the possibilities, the visions in my head, of thinner, leaner Chris, with extra energy and good health.
I am enthusiastic, visualizing growing old, healthy and toned, feeling young at heart, accomplishing goals and setting new ones.
Enthusiasm for learning new things, sure beats, being afraid!
Sure I can be afraid or anxious, but I work hard at flipping the switch in my brain, to become enthusiastic. A fake it till I make it, kind of thing, and guess what? It works!!
On days, when I wake up on the wrong side of the bed, I really feel strange. It is not me to go through the day without a smile and I am thankful that these days are few and far between.
I work on flipping the switch, because I NEED to be energetic(another E word) and enthusiastic.
Did you know that I had to teach myself to smile with my mouth open? I did, back when I was in high school. I always smirked. lol. I stood in front of a mirror and practiced my "toothy" smile and I have not regretted it. It is hard to have a big smile on and not be enthusiastic.
Enthusiasm is like a big fun party going on, all the time!!!
Approach your weight loss, workouts, healthy cooking and self improvement with enthusiasm and you will not only feel great and have fun, but may help others along the way, reach their goals with a smile on their face.
