emoticon Good Morning Everyone. Hope all is well in SparkLand, here not so much!

emoticon Busy studying after class last night. I am not sure how I will do on the exams. I feel so frazzled and unorganized! Driving me insane! Have to leave for school early tonight, need to get a new program of study filled out because that class is the same time as the other class so now I have to take the MW class so I will be going 4 days per week 5-6:15 each night. After I get my permission I have to go to the advising office to have them enter it so I can register Friday. Then I got a bunch of other BS going on that is ticking me off that I have to get taken care of this week. I swear this stress is never ending! I just can't take it anymore.

emoticon WIN not good at all this week. Up 2.4 lbs, yep I said up. I am furious! Looks like my cupcake binges last week and candy this week has caught up with me. I know its me, I am my own worst enemy. I am not getting enough vigorous exercise in nor am I eating well enough. I have to stop writing everything and actually DO IT! I just have to step up. I have to figure it all out. My time constraints/scheduling is killing me! Literally, its making me very unhealthy!

emoticon I must stay away from the sweets this week. I have to eat like I do in the beginning of the day, ALL DAY. I am fine first part of the day with all my freggies and smart choices but then my afternoons and evenings of chaos come and I just make all the bad choices. ERRRRR!!!!

emoticon I have to start incorporating more cardio and ST sessions. My body, I know, has gotten used to the walking everyday. I have to make some time! I don't know where to pull the time, I can't reduce my sleep anymore than I do already, I can't do it during work, I have to study, that's most important, I have to do it on the weekends and try to aim for 1 or 2 days during the week to do an extra session.

emoticon I need to start taking my vitamins again. Although I am not sure what I should be taking. I took so many before for different things, I need to go through my spreadsheet and figure out what is necessary!

**I added a new goal to my short term goals. I want to be below 160 by Thanksgiving. So I need to lose at least 6lbs in 3 week**
1. Lose 1 lb (BLC 2.5lbs, Fall 5% 2.21lbs, Thanksgiving 2 lbs...per week)
2. Cardio: 30+m 6 days a week plus 3 additional 15+m vigorous cardio
3. ST: TNT plus 3 addition sessions
4. No more than 1 pc of candy per day (fun size only)
5. No late night binges 7/7 days
6. Allowed 1 fast food day this week

    Stress is no no no good. 30 minutes a night and having little mini parties with your children dancing with You Tube Videos. I mean Miss Stephanie, Big Mucci, CrazySocksTV and even Ruth Ekhardt over at Ekhardt Yoga would love for the family to drop by their videos and breath in breath out and dance.

I grab a dill pickle now instead of a sweet. For some reason it works.

Glad you are still taking classes. It will get easier. The brain will kick in.

    I have the same problem. Stress eating or eating because I'm exhausted in the afternoon. If your really stressed, saying no snacking may be impossible. I found I use afternoon snacking to stay awake. You might try fresh fruit, veggies, or even a cereal bar.

I think the one multivitamin and the omega 3 would be plenty for vitamins. Especially, if your in a hurry.

    I also do great in the mornings, and then by the end of the day it's all gone to pot. If you are tracking your foods (another time consuming task, I know) look at your records to see what vitamins are you are and are not hitting the suggested ranges for. Maybe just a multi will do it for you, or maybe just one or two specific nutrients are lacking. Good luck getting everything under control.

    OMG what a list of Vitamins & supplements! Not judging, until I "met" Dr. Fuhrman, I was doing the same thing, because I bought the hype that we can't get enough of what we need from foods. And that's true for most of what we eat. Take a few minutes and watch this--skip to 3/4 through if you need to, but do watch most; it will work for you!

    My dr prescribed B compound, Vitamin E and Korean Ginseng to stop my old age cognitive decline. I also take 2 - 600 mg Calcium with D-3, one in the AM and one in the PM. I stopped my multiple because my dr says I don't need it. That list of yours looks very long. We all know it's better to eat healthy and not take the supplements.

  In regards to the vitamins...my doctor told me that more is not necessarily better. He said to not go over 100% daily value on any vitamin or mineral, as too much can be bad for you. So if you are taking a multi vitamin then you probably don't need extra vit c, b ect. Also I have read it is better for you to take a 2 a day multi vit. 1 in the am and 1 in the pm. Other than that check and see if maybe you are taking more than 1 supplement that do the same thing...you could cut back that way. I also see you have 3 weight loss "helpers" green coffee, raspberry ketones, and garcinia cambogia...if they work for you good...green coffee did nothing for me, and I can't take the garcinia cambogia due to type 2 diabetes...haven't tried the raspberry but my sister swore it made her gain weight...I guess what I am saying is remember there is no magic pill and not everything works for every one. I take a multi vit, red krill oil, my diabetes meds, and ibuprofen for my plantar fasciitis and that is usually it. You must be a strong person to juggle school, work, kids, and a husband. Keep going...you can do it.

    It sounds like you are a very busy lady! I hope you find some time for yourself! I don't do much with vitamins, so I'm not help there! Just wanted to comment on your blog and offer some encouragement! You can do this! Keep on keeping on! Great goals for the week as well!!
