I think I am on day four of my Better Sleep Challenge blog - at this point, answering all of those questions seems like a broken record. I know why I am tired - I am not getting enough sleep. Fact - I have to get up during the night to let the puppy out to go potty. Fact - I get up at 4:30am so that I can do a quick 30 minute workout before heading to the office (if I do not fit exercise in at this time, it does not work). So.....I MUST get to bed sooner. I have been turning the lights out at 9:55 -- I WILL make that 9:30pm tonight and work towards 9:00 for most nights.
I CAN do this!!!
