My hump day is over and I am heading to byes....
Hubby arrives back tomorrow night so am going to have a reasonably early night tonight.....

Went to WW today and it was not good...knew that i had put on for the 2 weeks however gained 4lbs....ugh.....
Back on track tomorrow...the increase has to go ASAP....
Just need to get myhead focused ....I kinow I can achieve my goal in the alotted tired of playing this YoYo game and also self sabotaging every time I get to a goal....time to take stock...

Had a fairly full day today and have another full day tomorrow....

Am sure things will look better after a good nights sleep....

    Glad your DH is coming back tomorrow night. Very nice for you. As far as WW weigh in, it's over and now you can regroup and move on. It's all part of the journey.

The important thing is that you went to the meeting and did not stay away. That's where the pounds start creeping back. I know you'll be back on track and widdling away those pounds before you know it. Think of how far you've already come and concentrate on the goals you still want to meet.

    I have been there. Great job on actually going to the WW meeting. You will lose those 4 pounds (plus more)!
