one day closer

Tuesday, November 05, 2013

Each and every day I feel like I am making better choices and getting closer to my ultimate goal. But what is my actual goal? I don't really know. I have been unhealthy and over weight so long that I don't even know ow to gauge it.
I am sure I will know as I get closer to it though.
For now I am just using numbers that are on the healthy bmi charts.
I try not to lock into a specific number but it seems as though if I could have a specific number in mind it would help me.
Meanwhile, I am just keepin keepin on.
I made some baked sweet potato fries tonight and they were to die for!!! loved loved loved them! Will def do them again!
Tomorrow is my weigh in day. I will be sure and keep all my buds posted!
Have a wonderful evening!

I think just keep at it and find a place where you feel really good physically. And that you are happy with the way that you look. But whatever weight or size you get to and feel "this is where I want to be", don't forget that you want to maintain it.

I think having a number is a good thing. I just picked a number in the middle of my healthy B.M.I. range because it gives me something concrete to work towards. I think as I get closer to my goal I'll see if it needs to be adjusted but for now it's the prize that I've got my eyes on. I hope your weigh day was good today. Look forward to hearing about it. emoticon emoticon

Healthy BMI seems like a great place to start. As you get closer to it, you'll find a range that is just right for your new body. Keep being awesome!

You know, Kim, when I started this weight loss thing I had a number from 130 (which is where I thought I should be) to 160 (which is where my Dr wanted me) 130 is too small & 160 is too I set 150, but when I got there I thought I was still to 'full in the stomach'! HA! You'll never get a magic number, BUT you will know where you are comfortable!!! Stay on course!

Hi Kim, I know you will have great numbers for your weigh in, not so sure about me this week but after this busy week gets over and done with I should have time to do things I need to, like buy the right groceries for one! I will be eagerly waiting to hear your results!
