Hey everyone! Hope everyone is having a great time.
I had to start my workouts today but I did it! I started Focus T25 and did Speed 1.0 today! I skipped Monday's workout cause I didn't want the schedule to be messed up and get me all sorts of confused. I also made protein shakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to start my jump-start protein shake thingy. With fruit and veggies for snacks in between.
I am really revving and ready to go and no one is gonna put me down or keep me from finishing my goals!
