Time for another update:)
back squat: 130
bench press: 70
overhead press: 55
back squat: 140
overhead press: 65
bench press: 85
Shoulders are getting stronger:)
I also started a five week 6 pack challenge I saw in Men's fitness.
2 times a week:
Cable cross machine: 60 pounds, up from 50 (weights increase each week)
double crunch machine: 60 pounds, up from 50 (weights increase each week)
hip dips on BOSU: 25 per side, up from 20 (reps increase each week)
I also brought back the stepper three times a week to my fitness routine, to break up my spinning. 15 minutes is all but I put it at the highest setting.
1943.10 miles for the year. 2000 is easily in my range before the end of the year!
