Time for another update:)
Oct. 12
back squat: 130
bench press: 70
deadlift: 120
overhead press: 55

back squat: 140
overhead press: 65
bench press: 85
deadlift: 150

Shoulders are getting stronger:)

I also started a five week 6 pack challenge I saw in Men's fitness.
2 times a week:
Cable cross machine: 60 pounds, up from 50 (weights increase each week)
double crunch machine: 60 pounds, up from 50 (weights increase each week)
hip dips on BOSU: 25 per side, up from 20 (reps increase each week)
I also brought back the stepper three times a week to my fitness routine, to break up my spinning. 15 minutes is all but I put it at the highest setting.

1943.10 miles for the year. 2000 is easily in my range before the end of the year!

    Your workout routine is amazing! Way to go on the miles, too! I workout at home (no gym membership), so I use a lot of different dvd's and weather-permitting I walk/jog outside. I was thinking it may be time to follow a "program" like P90X or Jillian Michaels Body Revolution to have a more set routine. Your commitment is inspiring!

    Excellent!! I'm finishing up my 2d cycle of 5/3/1, starting the de-load this week....really like it!
