Ok, next week is when I start having a toddler running around from about 9:15am-3:30pm. It's been so long since having a toddler that I may struggle with this, but a friend is in need of childcare and she trusts few people so I am honored to take on the task! Plus, little miss is just so adorable!
So in an effort to get into a new routine, after I dropped my crew off at school, I got my gear on and stepped to it! Straight to the treadmill, I tackled that 27 minutes like a champ! Today, I came out of it feeling tired, but strong and successful too! No nauseating feeling to accompany either! WOO HOO!
I took some time to just sit, but come next week, I would have jumped into the shower right after for 10 minutes. So long as I keep on track, I should be able to get that fitness in before 9am daily! Learning to stay on track is a task in itself, but I have to do it because fitness makes me feel better.
Then I plugged off with Bongo to get the kinder kid and started dinner as soon as I got home. Lunch was late because that butternut squash was difficult to cut up!
After lunch, I napped, which was very much needed because I felt like I would fall over at any time into a deep slumber. Afterwards, I felt much better and picked up the kids after school, walking little Vi on this go. Having 2 dogs makes sure you get out for sure!
Then after the chatty bits of homework, I enjoyed 30 minutes of quiet while my kids all read. I really enjoy home reading time. I'm certain it's the only time aside from when they are all sleeping that they are ever that quiet!
Overall, I would say today was very successful and tomorrow, I plan the fitness and nutrition to be just the same!
