A Busy Day so Far~ Adjustment of steps goal!

I'm already close to 10,000 steps so that's a winner. 40 active minutes so far but I am going to try and get at least 90 active minutes but at least an hour's worth. I am going to give myself 10,000 steps for the goal of the day and adjust up next week, I don't want to bite off more than I can reasonably chew this week. Plus I don't want to get down on myself if I don't make the 13K in a day so 10K is more reasonable for the week, okay. Right on. Everything else stays the same in terms of goals though~
This morning my Mom and I went to the 99 Cent Store first. I purchased what I needed or wanted there, no food or junk though just some bathroom supplies so I can make DIY Body Wash be more cost effective and have it last longer with little to no crap in it. I think Dollar Tree may be better. After we went to Target and I don't care for the one closer to my house. A drive 5-10 more down the road yields a much more pleasant visit and I can usually find everything I need. I couldn't get my tea and a few other things so maybe next week I'll take a jaunt down there when I have errands again and I want to spend the day taking care of business.
Had Panda Express for lunch, Orange Chicken, Brown Rice and an Egg Roll was 800 calories, oh my word. Dinner will be a salad more than likely lol. Fruit as well, even if I go over cals a little I won't cry but I'll have learned my lesson on that one. Funny, I usually have Subway or something similar. I was pretty hungry though I just ate breakfast too early and Mom suggested Panda Express. Thank goodness I had unsweetened tea along with it. The brown rice and egg roll would have been fine, the orange chicken with one serving had 400 calories. I won't be doing that again, you live and learn. The egg roll was 190 cals, sheesh!
At Target I found two Daily Planners with the requirements I was looking for but it was spiral bound, horrible. $8 a piece, sigh. Cheaper than Moleskine but I'll find what I want soon enough. Found the battery to go in my FitBit Zip. 2 of those were $7 Energizer brand. This battery best last 4 months or longer or they can have their ZIP back I'm not even joking. This battery didn't even go 4 months and I'm having to change it this early. I like my Zip a lot though but I would like to be able to charge the FitBit myself versus having to purchase batteries for it. I've had rotten luck with Pedometers though so maybe I'll give in a little...
Okay, shower in a few minutes here and then a light dinner then kickin back for the night for sure...
I picked up my Library Hold of 4 books and I have "Breaking The Food Seduction" by Dr. Neal Barnard. "Yoga Chick" by Bess Gallanis. "The Summer of Katya" by Trevanian and "Good Citizens" by Thich Nhat Hanh. I'll start getting into Food Seduction tomorrow when I am well rested and ready to break out some learning!
Not cooking dinner tonight too many leftovers so heating it all up and pick and choose is the order of the night, not sure when I am going to fall out but it will be epic for me. I listened to Spark Radio earlier and what I got out of it was that Lily mentioned Malcolm Gladwell's book on David and Goliath. Your success is only limited by your perception and thinking. Watched 2 videos about Pilates and Yoga so I made sure I was doing things properly.
