Not a lot to blog about it seems. I got on my exercise bike for two-20 minute sessions and walked 30 minutes so that takes care of my exercise today. I'm reading a good book while on the bike and that keeps my mind from wandering and wanting to get off the bike! I get bored easily.
On one of my teams, another leader put on an exercise thread for those of us who are in our "Golden Years" and boy, does he ever have sensible ideas! I did a copy & paste of it and sent it to myself so I can read it over and over till it stays in my brain. I like the way he suggests doing things to move our body without having to use exercise equipment or go anywhere! With his excellent ideas, there just is no excuse not to exercise.
I ate healthy today except . . . and this is probably OK . . . I ate two of Weight Watchers desserts! Calories & fat & sugar fit in my plan so I'm going to say it was OK! We had a fiber filled chili for dinner tonight with some thin sliced toast. Again . . . A-OK.
I have some Royal Gala apples, bananas and some Bosc pears for snacks and I already know I don't want a snack tonight.
So on that happy note, I'll say my blog is finished!
