Well, the damage I did to my foot in the race in September was worse than we originally thought. I actually fractured my foot in two different places. this has set me back about 4 weeks, I am actually in one of the black boot walkers and I go back t the doctor on November 27. I am so glad that I am going to the personal trainer and the nutritionist because without the high intensity workouts I have been doing, I would be a little lost right now as to my journey to loose weight. I am trying really hard to stay positive but it is really getting difficult to maintain my mindset when my foot doesn't hurt any more. I had no problem staying off of my foot when it hurt me, but now that I am not in pain from the fractures this is more difficult. I am frustrated. but still trying to stay positive.
