5. What demotivates you and takes you off your fitness and health goals?
My thinking gets in my way. Keeping my goal to be about health has always been an issue. I am strongly motivated by what the scale says. If it is on the rise, I get concerned and eat well. But as soon as the scale drops to a certain point, I will eat things that aren't good for me. Those are the days I am not motivated to eat well. I am working to make this a health issue more than a "looks" issue.
