It was what I needed for the kick-in-the-butt to move forward. I am ashamed to say it but my weight is up, my walking is down, and I feel like crap.
On the good side is that I got up this morning and did one of the, for me, harder incline programs on the treadmill and ate properly--mostly. I really did not need the 3/4 cup of peach cobbler for breakfast.
I aim to go forward.
Get back the morning walk mojo. DH and I have been long-walking on weekends, not just 30 minute walks.
But I need my morning walks.
Keep myself in check food-wise in the evenings. I have been upstairs too much lately. This means no weaving/spinning/knitting/sewi
ng downstairs and the added pull of the kitchen being right there! Out of sight, out of mind. No more this
