221.4 pounds!!!! I'm only 1.4 pounds away from reaching my next weight loss goal. I want to be 220 by January 20th which is my 26th birthday. If all goes well I should be able to reach that goal really really soon! Once I reach this goal my next goal is to be 178 by January 2015 which will more than likely be my final goal weight. I don't want to be "thin" but rather "healthy" and I feel at 178 or even 175 I will be at a healthy weight for my height. I've talked to my doctor and they agree with me that due to my tall height and my over all health being really good I can be in the 170's and be perfectly fine.
