I am really an expert at getting out of exercising. I use all kinds of excuses. My age, my bad knees, no time, etc.... And they truly are 'excuses' not 'reasons' as I know there are many things I could do even with my many aches and pains.
My favorite physical activity is water aerobics. However, I have not been very faithful in doing it. If only I had my own pool, preferably in the house (I hate to be cold!). But I don't so I will have to make an effort to go elsewhere for this activity. And If I can't bring myself to do that I really do need to walk more. That I could do in any number of places, even right here in my home.
And if my knees start to hurt, I can always sit down!!
