Keeping positive

I am learning that it is very important to start my day with a positive vision of the future. I do this with "I will statements"
I will log my food
I will plan what I eat
I will measure and control portion size
as a result of that I will lose weight

I will exercise everyday for at least 10 minutes
I will go to water aerobics 3 times a week
as a result of that
I will gain strength and health
and lose weight

I will start the day with positive affirmations
I will work to stay motivated by reading and writing
as a result I will improve my eating and exercise habits

As a result of all of these things
I will be able to have surgery
then I will be able to walk again
then I will be able to travel and do the thing I want to do with the rest of my life
