OMG time to get back on track

The last 2 weeks I have been just pigging out and its not even the holidays yet.... I weighed myself this morning 147.4 I have not weighed this much since June .... Time to get back on track.......

as of today I will

Start tracking my food again
Start walking everyday
More water less coffee
protein shake everyday
no chocolate
no chips

I will not keep this added weight on I will get back to goal
