I found this article about protein
There is a calculator to figure out how much protein one needs. So, I calculated how much protein I need now at my current body fat % and then how much I would need if I actually dropped down to the percentage I'd Like to be.
WOW! What an eyeopener. It seems the less body fat % you have the more protein you need.
Is this because you have less fat stores and so your body will start to degrade the muscle for its protein needs?
I don't know, but I find it interesting. I continually marvel at how our bodies function.
