Ooooooh I needed that yesterday. I try to schedule some massage therapy a day or two after I run a race. The right side of my back was really tight. It felt good to get that done.

Next race is at the end of December so I've already booked an appointment for January 2.

    That's a pretty good idea. I'm doing physical therapy twice a week anyway, and I get both an ultrasound massage and a regular foot massage. It definitely helps!
