Amazing Race Challenge

Sunday was probably my worst food day in 2013. I intend to keep it that way, despite the holidays coming up!

I started a fitness challenge on Facebook this week. I'll be curious to see how my progress stacks up to others that have invested in beachbody products. It's a simple challenge, 30-60 fitness minutes 5-6 days a week and eat clean.

Consistency is key! Here's the plan:

S 30 bike, 113 pushups - done!
M 60 bike - done!
T - 60 bike - done!
W - 60 bike, squats, plank
Th - 30 bike; 60 Zumba Thursday
F - pushups, wallsit
Sa - 60 bike

Fitness minutes
Week 8: 300
Week 7: 150 - done
Week 6: 135 - done
Week 5: 160 - done
Week 4: 225 - done
Week 3: 310 - done
Week 2: 105 - done
Week 1: 160 - done

    I've long wanted to start a fitness challenge like that. I get so tired of the Beachbody miracle challenges! Every "coach" I know has almost zero knowledge about actual nutrition - I know one, for instance, who thought she was on a plateau when her weight didn't change for ONE week! And when I mentioned having a stress fracture to her, she said, "What's that?" *headdesk* It's just a pyramid scheme. You can get the exact same nutrition as "Shakeology" from vegan protein and nutritional shakes available at health stores, for much cheaper.

Sorry for the rant. Those beachbody challenges drive me nuts! :D
