Starting Out

Starting out again! Best news was my weight is lower by 5 lbs since I last visited here. I reset everything so I can watch the goal ticker count down and stay on track! I also like how it suggested setting a different goal, instead of selecting a final weight in the "healthy range" it suggested I work on getting out of obese - at least that was my interpretation because the number suggested is just that - the goal to be overweight instead of obese. I love seeing that number because it is so much closer than my ultimate goal. Taking things in smaller increments will help.

Off to get ready for the gym and my session with a trainer!

    You can do it. I'm on Day 89 of a 97 day journey and you can do it too.
