I am rudderless. All of a sudden. Too much going on for me right now among client work, taking care of sick grandchild, and the need to get ready for a trip to see my sis. I didn't exercise yesterday; instead I collapsed on the couch and before the 6:30p world news was over I was asleep for the night, and up later than usual this morning. Great. Got to focus and get a plan together, quick.
First thing, I most focus on some positives to get my day framed right.
Woke up to Spark Friend post....like balm to my soul. Thank you friend...I needed this especially this morning.
Grand daughter is quite sick; she was a wee bit better after getting an antibiotic from the doc.
We just found out we are going to be grandparents again and we are very excited.
My head is in the right zone for health and fitness; now I just gotta make some time for it, even if it can only be 10 minutes today.
Get one together. Focus on the "musts" and what can be done and get rid of the other junk that's just making a lot of noise for me at this moment.
Stay the course: eat healthy and in range and find at least 10 minutes to exercise today.

Appt at hairdresser's ( feel I can't cancel at the last minute)
Recruit DH to shop the 2 stores to get the regional food favorites my sis requested I bring on my trip
